Flowtrack Web WMS is a product of Groupe GCL. This policy describes the personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and how to exercise your rights.

Information we collect
We only collect the information you send us voluntarily through the contact form: name, email, company, role, phone number, warehouse size, current system and the content of your message. No account is created and no payment is processed on this site.
Why we collect it
This information is used to answer your request, prepare a demonstration or a quote, and follow up on any business relationship that may result. We do not use it for any other purpose and we never sell it.
Who it is shared with
Three providers are involved in running this site: Vercel (hosting and audience measurement), Resend (delivering the form emails) and Google Maps (the map on the Contact page, which may set Google cookies when it loads). The product tour is hosted by Navattic and opens in a separate tab. No other third party receives your information.
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel, which already hosts this site: no provider is added to the list above. This measurement sets no cookie and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. For each page viewed it records the timestamp, the page address and its route, the referring site, filtered address parameters, an approximate location inferred from your connection — country, region and city —, your operating system and browser with their versions, and the device type. To this we add five usage signals we defined ourselves: clicks on the demo, quote and product tour buttons, then the contact form submission and its success. Visitors are not recognised by a cookie but by a technical identifier that Vercel computes on its servers from the incoming request; according to its documentation, that identifier is valid for a single day, is then reset, and is not tied to an IP address. It therefore cannot follow you from one day to the next, or from one site to another. No advertising profile is built and no data is sold. This is why this site displays no consent banner. A single cookie is set, unrelated to measurement: it remembers the language you chose, and nothing else. This data is processed by Vercel Inc. in the United States, under the commitments published at vercel.com/legal/dpa. This measurement does not honour your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal: if you would rather not be counted, a content blocker is enough to prevent it.
Retention
Information submitted through the form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that may result. You may request its deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to request its deletion and to withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@gclgroup.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
