The Challenge
This large-scale logistics provider in Mexico managed operations for over 20 clients from a single platform. Each client had unique requirements: pick-to-light, kitting, production, advanced traceability, high-volume picking, and connections to multiple 3PL systems. With 250 active users, the operational complexity was immense and their existing system could no longer keep up.
Our Approach
GCL configured Flowtrack with client-specific business rules, simultaneously supporting pick-to-light, kitting and production operations, as well as full traceability. The system was integrated with multiple 3PL platforms and deployed to 250 users with training tailored to each operation type.
